At Finders Keepers of Maine, we know that when you find a treasure, you want it fast. We take pride in our packaging and prompt dispatch to ensure your items arrive safely and quickly.
 

1. Processing & Handling Times

• Vintage & In-Stock Items: We aim to ship all "ready-to-go" vintage finds and pre-printed items within 1 business day of cleared payment.

• Custom 3D Prints & Special Orders: Because custom 3D prints are made to order, please allow 1–3 business days for production and quality testing before your item ships.

• Estate Finds: Large or fragile items sourced through our picking services may require an additional 24 hours for specialized crating and securing.
   

2. Carrier Selection

 

To provide the most reliable and cost-effective service, Finders Keepers of Maine reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier for each order. We primarily utilize:

• USPS (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail)

• FedEx (Home Delivery, Ground)

• UPS (Ground)

If you have a specific carrier requirement (e.g., you cannot receive USPS at your address), please contact us before placing your order so we can accommodate your needs.
 

3. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status of your package.
 

4. Eco-Friendly Packaging

In the spirit of "Finding and Keeping," we often reuse clean, sturdy shipping boxes and packing materials to reduce our environmental footprint. While the box might have a different logo on the outside, your treasure will be packed with the utmost care on the inside.
 

5. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within the United States. For international inquiries regarding specific vintage items, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
