  • Order Information: When you make a purchase, we collect your name, billing/shipping address, payment information (processed securely through Wix or PirateShip.com), email address, and phone number.

  • Service Information: For estate sales and picking services, we may collect property addresses and contact details for the representatives of the estate.

  • Custom Design Files: For 3D printing, we store the digital files (STLs/OBJs) you provide to fulfill your order.
     

2. How We Use Your Information


We use your information strictly to:

  • Fulfill and ship your orders.

  • Communicate with you regarding order status or custom 3D print proofs.

  • Coordinate on-site picking or estate sale logistics.

  • Screen orders for potential risk or fraud.

  • Send occasional shop updates or "New Find" alerts (only if you’ve opted into our mailing list).
     

3. Sharing Your Information


We do not sell your personal information. We only share your data with third parties that help us power our business:

  • Service Providers: Such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx for shipping, and our payment processors.

  • Legal Compliance: We may share information to comply with applicable laws (such as Maine state tax requirements) or to respond to a lawful request for information.
     

4. Estate Sale & Picking Privacy


We understand that estate services are personal.

  • We maintain strict confidentiality regarding the contents and family details of the estates we service.

  • We will never publish photos of a client's home or specific "finds" on social media without explicit verbal or written permission.
     

5. Data Retention

  • Order Records: We keep your order information for our records (and for tax purposes) unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

  • 3D Files: We generally keep custom 3D files for [6 months] in case you need a re-print, after which they may be deleted.
