Returns & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

We want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items that show signs of wear, or are returned without original packaging, may be subject to a partial refund or denied at our discretion.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at finderskeepersofmaine@hotmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

  • Standard Returns: For "change of mind" or sizing issues, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (like food or flowers).

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Personal care goods (like beauty products).

  • Sale items or Gift Cards.
