Returns & Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Return Window
We want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Items that show signs of wear, or are returned without original packaging, may be subject to a partial refund or denied at our discretion.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at finderskeepersofmaine@hotmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

Standard Returns: For "change of mind" or sizing issues, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
