Shipping

We typically ship within 1 business day.  Items purchased Friday - Sunday will go out Monday unless its a holiday.

Most items are shipped with USPS w/ Tracking.  We do ship via UPS or FedEx is used for items of higher value or larger items.  On low value items, it isn't uncommon for us to ship these without tracking numbers.

Item may show up in a reused shipping box and/or reused bubble wrap/paper.  We strive to reduce/reuse/recycle but still make sure your item is packed safely so it will arrive safe and sound.

Return Policy

We do not usually accept returns however if you feel we have misrepresented or your item is not as described, please reach out.  We will not take back items sold "As-Is" or items that were sold new/sealed and has been used/opened.

Disclosure

Items are kept in a smoke free but cat friendly home.  Don't be surprised if a cat hair or two tag along in the packaging tape, they like to help!
